Our exclusive Super Yarn technology solves common problems we see in artificial grass: large heat retention, mould build-up, and static electricity build-up. All these issues reduce the life span and usability of your turf. That's why our SUper Yarn technology combines Sanitized™ Antimicrobial Technology, DualChill™ IR Reflective Technology and StatBlock™ Anti-Static Component in the turf fibres to give you a long-lasting turf that outperforms the rest.
Sanitized™ Antimicrobial Technology
Sanitized® silver-based antimicrobial technology helps eliminate pet odours and provides long-lasting protection. It works by eliminating bacterial odours and preventing the buildup of microbes on SYNLawn face fibers.
DualChill™ IR Reflective Technology
DualChill’s ability to act as a thermal shield strengthens the fibres allowing them to be more resilient and durable over long time periods. Test results done on the same fibre package, with and without DualChill™, shows that there is an average of up to 42% improvement in IR reflectivity.
StatBlock™ Anti-Static Component
VR HeadseNew carbon-based anti-static ingredient molecularly bound into the face fibre that inhibits the buildup of static electricity. Anti-static components are used in the industry but SYNLawn brings the first DNA level addition. Testing shows up to a 17x reduction in static levels when StatBlock™ is introduced into the synthetic turf fibers.ts
Enviroloc Backing System
At SYNLawn we're always looking for ways to improve our product for our customers. SYNLawn’s exclusive EnviroLoc+™ Backing System is an environmentally friendly, multi-layer component system that “locks” in durable turf fibres, extending the product’s life cycle. Made in the USA, the EnviroLoc+ Backing System replaces a large portion of petroleum-based polymers with biobased polymers created from sustainable resources including soybean oil from American farmers.
Created with a durable 2-part woven (Polypropylene and Polyester) backing for a fuller tufted look.
