In addition to purchasing online, you can now enjoy the ease of online shopping while having the option to personally inspect and pay for your items in-store at our Runaway Bay location.  Select the "Offline Payment" option during checkout, and your items will be reserved for a 2-day period. This allows you to visit our store, see the products firsthand, and pay using your preferred method—whether by card or cash. It's the perfect blend of online convenience and in-store reassurance.

2. Flexible Delivery Options

If you prefer to have your purchases delivered to your doorstep, we've got you covered. You can arrange for a private delivery with our team, or if you have a preferred courier service in mind, just let us know in your order information under "Delivery Requests."

 Please note that delivery comes at an additional charge, which may vary based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to provide you with a hassle-free and tailored shopping experience, so you can choose the delivery option that suits you best.

 Customers may send a request for a return or refund if the item received was damaged as a result of faulty workmanship or it was not what the customer had ordered. This request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. At that point, the customer may choose to either have us fix the issue or get a refund of the cost of the item (not inclusive of delivery charges).
