This allows you to visit our store, see the products firsthand, and make your payment using your preferred method—whether it's by card or cash. Customers may send a request for a return or refund if the item received was damaged as a result of faulty workmanship or it was not what the customer had ordered. This request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. At that point, the customer may choose to either have us fix the issue or get a refund of the cost of the item (not inclusive of delivery charges).
